The goal of the pilot sprint is to find the true baseline and secure the *first* qualified meetings, not to achieve perfection on day one. If CAC is high initially, the CRM offline tracking allows us to pinpoint exactly which keywords waste money and pivot rapidly to optimize the economics.

We typically begin with an initial 90-day engagement to cover the Diagnostic and Pilot phases properly. Algorithms require time and data to mature. After the initial 90 days, we operate on a flexible month-to-month management agreement. We want to keep you through performance, not legal locks.
